The hotel has done a reasonable job updating the decor of the room to make it look more modern, though it could use a bit of refreshing. The location is excellent, just one stop on the tube to be in central London in 30 mins. The dining was advertised but not available during our stay. The service had zero charm; however, they sympathized with me and told me if I inform the hotel via email, I will get a refund.
