The hotel has done a reasonable job updating the decor of the room to make it look more modern, though it could use a bit of refreshing. The location is excellent, just one stop on the tube to be in central London in 30 mins. The dining was advertised but not available during our stay. The service had zero charm; however, they sympathized with me and told me if I inform the hotel via email, I will get a refund.
The hotel had friendly and helpful service with the added bonus of free parking. However, the rooms were uncomfortable and not as pictured online, and the noise from sirens outside was constant. On the bright side, the location was convenient with easy access to transportation.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was convenient, close to the tube station and some amenities, but the room faced a noisy roundabout. The service was friendly but encountered some issues with cleanliness. The dining options were limited, and the facilities were basic.
